Rojasanoll 920 Posted January 24, 2013 This is asked often. There is a search engine above for you to type Protein Shakes. I use costco Premier Protein shakes. But there are many out there to try before surgery and then post-op. Ive used them since July 2012. I was banded on Aug. 6, 2012. 1 Lesley714 reacted to this
A New New Dawn 1,695 Posted January 24, 2013 I agree the Premier Protein (premixed) are good in chocolate and drink them very cold. 1 Lesley714 reacted to this
TexasJeff 179 Posted January 24, 2013 I read in a earlier post where a lady added sugar free pudding to her Protein shake. I'm going to try it. 2 Mrs. Curtis and Lesley714 reacted to this
hely88 883 Posted January 24, 2013 I used to add sf ff instant pudding mixes to my shakes until I looked at nutrition label and saw there is 300 gms of sodium in just one serving. I think there are 4 servings and this was Jello brand I no longer use or suggest it. You can also try sf syrups like they use in coffee shops or PB2 if you like Peanut Butter.< /p> 1 Lesley714 reacted to this
bar2373 138 Posted January 24, 2013 Any suggestions on good Protein Shakes? I have to be on a 4 week Protein shake diet ðŸ˜' I really like unjury chocolate. I make a cup of Decaf coffee and a little bit of skim milk and some ice in the blender and it tastes like a frappuccino. I saw someone posted a recipe for what tasted like a butterfinger shake. She used butterscotch pudding powder and chocolate powder with vanilla flavoring I think. You will get board with plain shakes and start to experiment with flavors. Good luck 1 Lesley714 reacted to this
