Pills?

Missy, do you take a double dose of the Vitamins, one dose in the morning and one in the evening, or do you just take one dose each day? I was told to take two doses each day, but that seems like it's too much.

I avoid ibuprofen if I can (it is very hard on even a normal stomach), but if I absolutely must, then I only will take a liquid cap. I think the medicine actually has a chance to move more quickly pass the stoma in a liquid cap. I also always try to get any supplements I take in a gel cap--I can open up the gel cap and put it directly in my morning smoothie that way.
