kathyhall 1 Posted January 21, 2013 I need help have started pre op and I can have broths but it has to be 140mg or less per serving. I have looked at a variety of low sodium and all natural and can't find anything. Does anyone know of a store bought brand I can use on this liquid diet. Beef or chicken.140mg or less per serving. Thanks in advance

Terry Poperszky 2,784 Posted January 21, 2013 You might try making your own. I can't stand the pre--prepared stuff, so I made a big pot of chicken broth that really helped me through the liquid stage.

Mimi1980 27 Posted January 22, 2013 I've been living off Wholesome Goodness Low Sodium chicken broth. Only 125 mg of sodium per cup. It's the best tasting option I've found so far.
