Wheetsin 714 Posted April 14, 2006 It dawned on my about 1 week post-op that I'd forgotten to take "before" pics. Typically I take them clothed and nekkid for comparison. I completely forgot! :uwelcome: Add that to our "What to do pre-op" preparation lists! By the time I remembered I was already 30+ lbs down. Any pre-ops out there, make sure you do this! It's invaluable, and for me -- it's one of the only ways I can get it through my thick head that yes, I am losing weight, no, it's not just that these pants have stretched! Good news is I have before pics from Atkins, and I started at similar weights, so I do have *something* to go by... but really would have liked official before pics too. mrycrltn 2 Posted April 14, 2006 Don't feel so bad. I forgot to take some also. And now, I don't mind taking any after pictures.
sleepyjean 0 Posted April 14, 2006 I took mine a couple of weekends ago and it was SO depressing. They're in my digital camera and I refuse to look at them until I've lost at least 50 lbs. However, for those taking photos, make sure to get a good before photo of your face, not just your body full length. It's amazing how different you will look after the weight is gone.
