Ok so my last diet month is in march.... does anyone know how long after I should expect to be scheduled for surgery? Just wondering...The steps prior to being banded is very important. During this time you are learning better habits, getting use to exercising, getting control of your cravings, and learning to eat slower. Because if you don't, those old habits can follow you after your band and become a problem to your dreams of becoming lean, thinn, and fit. Your patience will reward you.

This month will be my 4 supervised diet appointment. So far it is going good. I am scheduled for my psychological evaluation this month and my pre op for the EGD. Trust me the time goes fast.
