dazzlingone 58 Posted January 21, 2013 Thank you shrinkingfatchick! I have been doing research for 6 months now. Too much reading can be nerve wrecking hearing about failures. Battling with weight my whole life success has to be the only option.
shrinkingfatchick85 8 Posted January 21, 2013 You said it correctly 'success is the only option'. Keep that mind set - no matter what your decision with WLS! I would like to encourage you to check out YouTube too. I found a lot of answers to my questions there and found there were questions that I hadn't even thought to ask. Good luck!! Sandilee0210 75 Posted February 3, 2013 Well... I attended my seminar yesterday and am even more excited! Tomorrow I say good bye to pop and coffee..(I have cut down to one a day already).. And will begin replacing one meal a day with a Protein shake. Should have a call early in the week to set up my consults with the dietician, psych, and other tests. I have to attend a support group before surgery so that is how I will spend my valentines night! Lol! Ready to start my journey! 2 Angelizz10 and Hip2bFITT reacted to this
