I just did a 2 mile walk with leslie sansone and earlier i did the c25k wk 3 day 2 exercises. Hoping to break this plateau. :)

Walk outside, far more interesting! I understand that some people like to walk, Iike to sit, but then that's what got me here. So I guess I will keep walking!
