How To Get Started Exercising

Walking at the Pond yesterday and there were 3 big ladies sitting on a bench and they never moved and they didn't look real happy. I thought, that use to be me. I wanted to move but was afraid I couldn't without getting winded. I didn't want my fat jiggling all over the place and for people to see it. So I started at home. They say exercise 30 minutes a day. Now they say you can break that 30 minutes into 10 minutes 3 times a day. I was like well I can do that.

  1. So to get started, if you can walk.....stand up and walk in place for as long as you can.....20 seconds.......40 seconds......2 minutes....Good (I you can't walk or stand move your arms....punch them out in front of your raise them over your head 2 times.....4 times.......20 times)
  2. Repeat the walking in place for as long as you can 3 or more times a day and keep track of it.
  3. As this becomes more comfortable you should be able to walk for a longer period of time. Increase your time as you can.....5 minutes.....15 minutes
  4. Guess What you are Exercising YEAHHHHHHHHHH:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: Every little bit counts.....move your body, it burns calories.

If you really want to lose some weight WEE

Water- drink your Water, propel, crystal light, powerade....

Eat- samller portions (lean cuisines are perfect)

Exercise- move your body however you can everyday
