Domika03 309 Posted January 15, 2013 I can't say that I really "miss" anything because I don't like to deprive myself of anything. Most of us can eat the same foods, but in moderation. You just need to think about whether having a piece of bread offers you enough nutritional value for the full / stuffed feeling it will give you. I used to be a HUGE carboholic, but (thankfully) don't really miss breads or rice. The one thing that I can't have anymore, but is actually healthy, is SHRIMP! wozzicat 36 Posted January 15, 2013 Mine is Diet Coke, but I have gotten over it. I tried it flat during the first year and that cured me of wanting it. I can eat most things with my band but in small portions, I may only be able to have one or two bites but I can eat it. No carbonated beverages? My Perrier.
