insanity workout??

does anyone do insanity? if so how much do you weigh if you dont mind me asking and what are the main things i should be expecting? thank you!

I JUST started it today. I am at 208 and have been working out four to five days a week for 4 months now. It is definitely intense but an amazing workout. The first one was about 40 minutes. The nice thing is you can just do your best at each exercise and still benefit from the workout. I did change the calendar to 4 days a week though because there is no way my friend and I are going to be able to do it all six days. I wanted to have realistic expectations I what I could make time for.
