I'm a 38HH. I am praying these things shrink! Bra shopping is a NIGHTMARE and to be honest, I'd rather have deflated balloon lookin boobs that fit in a normal bra than what I have now. Surgery is scheduled Friday so we will see! Good luck :)

Yes, mine went from 44F's to 36D. Definitely saggy but not the end of the world with a good bra. Bra shopping is actually fun now.
