Did 45 min walk, 1.5 mile bike (which isn't alot but a start) and 30 min dancing just dance with the kids and it felt great. Was banded on 12/18. Had my first fill last week. And got the clear to workout. Just a start but better than nothing right?

Thank you. Can't wait to start toning and such. Is the key to help with your skin? IM only 34 and hoping I don't have a huge problem with excess skin.

I think some is genetics! I also lost weight relatively slow, so I'm not sure if that helped! I think exercise and toning probably plays a part of it to. I think the healthier you do it the better your results will be. Stay hydrated and drink your Water, there is nothing better for your skin and body than water! I have gained weight from my goal weight, however, for the 4 years I was at goal I was not in need of any nip or tuck!

Awesome thank you do much. I used to power lift when I was young and now starting baby steps everything feels foreign to me. Got the way I am for poor choices in life and IM not going back. Love the advice especially from a seasoned person as yourself.
