Blondie638 98 Posted January 13, 2013 After walking for a while, or anytype of aerobics I guess.. Does anyone else get the tingles in there legs or anything? I've had that my whole life and always joked that it was the fat burning. But thought if ask on here- anyone know what that is?
Qtjan5 17 Posted January 13, 2013 I think it is normal to have some tingling during moderate activity, as if I remember correctly, as working out causes the small muscle fibers to rip slightly so they can regenerate themselves (during resting periods) to become stronger. If it happens when you are not exercising, you may have a pinched nerve somewhere in your back. I have a pinched nerve in my elbow which causes tingling and an internal itchiness sensation. I usually feel a similar sensation after working out, but since the symptoms come and go at other times, I knew there was something wrong (which is when I went to see my doctor). Hope this helps! 1 Maddysgram reacted to this

Qtjan5 17 Posted January 13, 2013 Thanks! When I was heavier, I used to work out with personal trainers at a small gym near where I lived. For me, it was the best option as I didn't have to be seen at the gym with all the "thin" people who would just look at my and stare. The trainers not only helped with the exercises, but explained much of the anatomy about how your muscles get stronger and why you need to alternate days between weight training. 1 Maddysgram reacted to this

I've had that my whole life and always joked that it was the fat burning. But thought if ask on here- anyone know what that is? Is the tingling on the outside of your legs, especially the outside of your thighs? If so, that can actually be from a nerve being irritated by movement. It's very common in overweight people (including myself).
Blondie638 98 Posted January 13, 2013 It's mostly on my inner thigh. My thighs are where i carry most my weight I think
