minxymonsta 4 Posted January 13, 2013 I was banded 5 days ago and starting to feel good. How long until I can start doing weighs? How long until I can start doing toning exercises (yoga, Pilates)? honk 780 Posted January 13, 2013 Please keep in mind I was doing an hour of cardio 7 days a week before surgery. I was back to the gym on the treadmill 0 incline on day 4. I did about 45 minutes. I think on day 11 I went back to the elliptical not terribly strenuous. Day 15 I started lap swimming, keep in mind I was swimming daily before surgery.
