Lacey8724 38 Posted January 12, 2013 I've really been slacking! I had Fluid taken out because my band wasn't allowing me to get hardly anything down. That was early November. After that I stoped going to the gym for some unknown reason and I haven't been back since! I got a fill yesterday, half of what they took out. But I'm just lacking the motivation! I gained 3 pounds, which sucks but I know that's my own fault. Anyways, my PA wants me to lose 10 pounds by mid feb which if deff doable, if I can get off my lazy butt! Thanks for reading my rant, any advice is much appreciated!
HilaryInRC 116 Posted January 12, 2013 You are going to be more likely to stick with your exercise plan if you choose something you enjoy doing. For me this is walking, yoga, and Water aerobics. Right now I'm back at yoga after recovering from an injury. I am considering taking a weight lifting class so I can be stronger for my yoga class. 2 ☠carolinagirl☠ and Lacey8724 reacted to this
