dimpsedee 10 Posted January 12, 2013 keep it next to you at all times and just keep sipping. If it's a matter of it being boring, add some lemon or lime, cucumber, strawberry. Even a splash of crysal light to add some flavor. hope that helps. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
2012 359 Posted January 12, 2013 I agree with Dee as I have the same problem as you and I had actually posted the same question some time ago on here . Keep that water bottle with you at all times and keep on sipping, and flavor it.
