I'm very happy with it and when I have the time I browse the features which are really cool! It tracks your steps, stair climbing, sleep and calories burned. It will sync with mfp. It's a great tool. Looks pretty cool. $99 pre-order right now on http://www.fitbit.com/flex I have sleep apnea so I am curious what type of data for sleeping does it gather.
