wnch911 7 Posted January 11, 2013 After being told that my Dr's office had to refax paperwork to insurance company and that it'd be another week before I heard anything..... I got a phone call this afternoon from the nurse saying I AM APPROVED !!!!!! I go next Tuesday to meet with the Dr and pick a date. I'm soooooo excited !
