Interesting article I just came across... I'm not advocating for everyone to run out and buy frozen dinners and I don't remember the last time I had one but thought this may have some insight for those times you do opt for one.

I keep a fridge stocked in my office. I have a bag of mixed greens and Protein. . Ofte. Canned tuna or chicken. And drizzled with balsamic vinegar . This week I got some Gardenburgers. I heat in the microwave and crumble in my salad. Like only 100 cals in a meal

These were staples for me over my years of dieting, so much so that the thought of eating another one makes me physically ill. So, if I don't have left overs to take with me (and I always do), I will do a Taco bell refried Beans or something similar.

I generally avoid them, but I do sometimes I splurge on stouffers tuna casserole, especially during Lent.
