HilaryInRC 116 Posted January 12, 2013 Hi Liz, I do yoga three times a week and love it. I mostly enjoy challenging positions and hip openers. I love to be amazed when my teacher has me contort into a position and I'm like, "OMG, I can't believe I'm doing this!" It makes me feel awesome. My favorite pose is Pigeon because I get such a good stretch out of it. I have had to take a year off yoga due to a severe back injury last spring. I am glad to be back to my yoga practice now. I enjoy my yoga classes so much that I actually look forward to them. Another favorite pose is Savasana, because I can get some meditation in and get truly relaxed. Keep at it!
