i was not aware of the 2 week diet eithier i am kind of upset about that because it feels i was not properly informed by my nutritionist anyway what should i do protien shakes, broth and Jello like after surgery.

Fiber. Protein Shakes Alone will might stop you up. Add some Psyllium husk or metamucil.
