Lisa38 0 Posted January 9, 2013 I was banded on 11/28 and have lost almost 30 lbs (including pre surgery). When do I start feeling less tired all the time?
♕ajtexas♕ 3,771 Posted January 9, 2013 You shouldn't be so tired. Have you contacted your doctor? Do you take Vitamins? Do you eat your Protein? Do you see a nutritionist? Please talk with your doctor and nutritionist so they can address this. Take care. 1 DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! reacted to this
Skyvic 226 Posted January 9, 2013 I was tired for atleast 7 weeks after surgery. I increased my Protein and hydrated which helped. But sleep and rest were equally important. I was Able to feel like exercising ( or at least walking) by third month along working long days. It will get better:)

If the fatigue continues, see both your doctor and your nutritionist. Get your blood checked to make sure you're not deficient in certain Vitamins and let your nutritionist see what you've been eating (food logs) to make sure you're getting all the healthy food you need. CHEZNOEL 4,061 Posted January 9, 2013 Some take longer to fully recover than others. Make sure you are getting enough hydration and talk to your doctor or nutritionist. They may want to recheck you blood work for Vitamin deficiencies. I gained energy as the weight came off as well.
