alex77709 29 Posted January 9, 2013 Hey guys! I was wondering if anyone had some good examples of toning exercises. I know I can look tons up online but there's so many! I wanted to see what you guys have done that works. Mainly my arms, thighs and stomach. I've lost 60 lbs since Aug 29th and I wanna start toning a little. PattyGirl66 1,243 Posted January 9, 2013 Great question! and its very important to start toning up/exercising. Stretching is excellent! Besides my regular workout, I have incorporated stretching/toning daily into my routine. One includes using a pair of 2 lb weights, very very important for strengthing your bones/body, for upper body workout. Next, I use a 4 handle stretching band. This increasing muscle tone and upper body strengthining as well. It looks like this, I believe i spent about 12 bucks for it. I really like it a lot. Dumbells, you can find these anywhere, they are cheap. Get a pair, they perfect for upper body toning/strengthing Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

nurse535 30 Posted January 12, 2013 I can't recommend many specific exercises, but one thing that makes toning exercises more fun is using an exercise ball! You can do crunches on it, and use it to do squats by putting it between you and the wall and leaning against it as you do a squat. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
