oh yeah, hub is awesome at finding me ones.

i mentioned most of them on my blogs (some are better than others) revolution (in a yellow wrapper) is a great one (at walmart)..aj loves this one

very filling, i break them into pieces and take a bite throughout the day if i am hungry....some are 20+ Proteins per bar..def worth trying.

My husband means well, but from now on we will leave buying Protein anything for me. One day he strolled in with a candy bar and said here I found this for you to eat, looks like it has some Protein in it. I almost fell on the floor it was so funny....

he got me a new one and its called pure Protein (20 gram protein/bar)

in chocolate deluxe)....talking like a brownie so good..180 cals/2 grams sugar...i have one in my purse, at work just in case i need something..i dont have one everyday but when i do, i want to know it tastes good and its Protein filled

I have to do the Protein Shake in the morning because of band tightness. It works for me.

MY band is tight in the morning too... I think its common. I was doing a shake in the morning... but then the Dr suggested I drink a hot beverage and then have my Breakfast at my desk about 10a to avoid the shake so I started doing that about 4-5 months ago and actually that is working ok. Its may not for everyone of course which is why I always suggest checking with the Dr.
