Anyone have less than 1/2cc fill?

I got 1cc before Thanksgiving, and that was too tight, so got .5 taken out. Felt much better, now I'm hungry every two hours despite my best efforts.

Was wondering if I should call the dr and see if less than 1/2cc is going to make a difference?

My past 2 fills have all been .2--yes that's right .2. The nurse said that I am too close to 7cc--which is the max my dr wants for his patients...so they are now filling .2--if I need a fill. The last visit I didn't get one at all.

O really?!?!? Thank you for replying- I've been feeling really upset about this, thinking they can't possibly do less than .5cc!

My 6th fill in June of 2012 took me to the green zone but I was getting stuck a lot. So, I went in and had .5 removed. I still get stuck occasionally but it does seem like I'm hungry far too often and I can eat too much and seldom feel satisfied. I'm going in for my 8th adjustment this Friday and I imagine it will be .5 or less. .25 would be fine with me. I don't mind sneaking up on this green zone again, only, I hope I'm smarter this time around?

Looking back I believe the reason I was getting stuck so often and had .5 removed was because I wasn't eating properly. Oh, I ate the right foods, just not the right speed and bite amount. I think I've learned how to eat smaller, slower and chew more now. At least I hope I've learned this lesson. I do read a lot of my fellow forum members can eat less than a cup of food and feel satisfied and not eat for 4-5 hours. I need to be there.

As I got closer to the greenzone my fills were either .2 or .3 every two to three weeks till I got to were I needed to be and without blowing right past into the redzone.

I've had as little as .1cc both added and removed. Both times it made a world of difference, too.

Yes... I have had mostly .5cc for fills.
