One other thought, many of the sugar alcohols... that in in "ose" can cause diarrhea in some people if they eat it in large quantities.

I was told xylitol is a great choice for sweeteners . It also helps prevent tooth decay and dry mouth.

Well sugar free is no Buenos for me. It makes me bloated and gassy. I had a Jello sugar free pudding and now I am thirsty and bloated. Next time I'll just make chocolate pudding from scratch with stevia. Pretty much anything processed with words that are hard to pronounce you should stay away from. If its made in a food lab imagine what it does to your insides. Good grief. :-(
