Are all my clothes suddenly too tight when according to my scales I haven't gained any weight.

Has there been some kind of seismic shift?

Has all my muscle ( that I didn't have) turned into fat?

Have my skinny legs suddenly become skinnier so that my waist could expand?

Maybe the scales are storing it up and are going to show a big jump next week.

All I know is that it doesn't really make any sense!

it could be your dryer true.

Or it could be Water retention? to much salt in the diet. Or are you dehydrated and not drinking enough? try increasing fluids to flush out excess toxins.

Also are you having BM's on a consistant basis? if you are backed up you cn literally get a puffy stomach

I think the retaining Water may be the key.... Maybe up your Water for a few days and see what happens

It's hot here my clothes dry on the line.

I don't think I'm retaining Water.

I definitely think I have gained but it's just not showing on the scale.

You know how when you are doing everything right and the scale doesn't move , how often has someone told you to measure yourself because you are probably losing inches? Well I have the opposite, I'm gaining inches!

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
