Nothing like an early run

Nice! I'm not a morning exerciser ... or much of a morning anything! My runs during the week, this time if year are in the evening, indoors on the treadmill.

I look forward to summer, when I'm not teaching and I can get outside in the mild Seattle sunshine!

My longer weekend run is outside, rain or shine!!!

I prefer the early morning.......My gym opens at 5am, I'm there 5 days a week before 6am....

I prefer the gym because I can sit in the sauna, whirlpool, shower, shave, fresh clothes, Protein shake for Breakfast at the juice bar...then off to work.

After a 10-12 hour on my feet in clinics, I don't feel like doing much of anything when I get home except a "Adult Beverage" like a Scotch or a Beer...whichever...then dinner, maybe but not always.
