Right after I went off my post-op liquid diet I was very constipated with terrible cramps. I was literally keeling over in pain. Once my body got used to solids the crazy pain stopped, but now 4 months later im still a bit constipated. I eat Fiber one brownie bars, raisin bran Cereal, and try to get in at LEAST 20g of fiber per day. doesn't always happen but I try

I'm one of those who have had this problem as well. I got prescribed Colace, and I take it when I need to, but I don't want to get dependent on it. I put fiber in my coffee, and try to eat bran cereal at least a couple of days a week. It's worked out pretty well!

Yea. Definitely put Water so you can see that your taking it. I plateaued with weight loss for a bit and listened to people on here. Now I stick to 1000/1100 using MyFinessPal app on phone and its working. And it gives you a breakdown of all nutrients. If you don't have it well worth getting x

Just downloaded it, I'm also looking up new recipe ideas and trying to find something I can eat for Breakfast that I will actually like lol x

I'm going to look for better Vitamins and a fiber supplement. At the moment all I take is a Multivitamin bug I don't think it contains enough.

Water in a bottle starting from tomorrow, I may start a diary of it too, so I'm sure to count coffees and such like x

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
