Hello I'm new to the site

I've been banded for 4 years now,and I've only lost 50lbs. So hopefully someone out there can help me out so that I can have a successful journey.

Hi! All I know, quit carbs! They give you the hungries! I was told by my doc, if all else fails, start from the beginning. Go back to what you were first allowed. It does take some control on your part.

I'm still new. I hit my 2 mo anniversary next week, I've lost 30.

No starch. No fruits, potatoes, chips, Cookies. Use a shake for a meal you can skip.

Try to walk, some form of exercise.

You can do this. And don't wait until Monday, start today!

Hang in there. It's a slow process. But we didn't gain over night either.
