cakelly73 28 Posted January 5, 2013 I dont know how many pounds 16.5 stone is, but im guessing alot. Lol i was also banded a year and a half ago. I have lost 95 lbs. I walk everyday for 40 mins and also lift light weights. My weight loss has slowed down considerably, which is frustrating, but the scale is still moving in the right direction. You need to get up and move around. Take a walk, or even jog around your house. It will jumpstart your attitude as well as your heart Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
