i this holiday season has been hard. i feel like ive forgotten how to do the right things.jan. 3rd was my band anniversary. i havent been to the gym n a month i started goin back wed. it felt good to b there. i just feel lost now. it like doing the wrong things u forget how to do the right things

i need food advice, and a kick in the butt. i am gettin married n september and i wanna get as to 200 as possible, im gettin n my on way. wat can i do get out of my own way. has anyone been n this position.

what use to work for you before? maybe try something new? I'm newly banded & at 1st i was like "whooo hooo, this is easy" til i got bored, real quick. so, gettin this far is a big accomplishment for you. plus, it just hit me, I'm in bandster h***....

what i did to get out the funk, for exercise, i walk the outlet stores.... just stopping for a moment & thinkin, soon, I'll be shopping in this store & 1 day I'll be able to shop that store.... next thing i know i walked that whole place & it's big!

as for food, i went to the library & checked put lots of their cook books & have been tryin different stuff to give my taste buds some life again.... hungry girl is a good one....

i don't know if this helps, but don't beat yourself up, think of it as a wake up call, you caught yourself & now you can pick yourself up & get it i don't gear....
