Since I haven't shared my decision to get banded with Facebook, I will do my status update here. :) Had my two week post op today. Got my stitches out, lost 19 lbs since surgery (12/21/12) and have my first fill scheduled for 2/1. My appetite is finally coming back but have been using MFP to track (great app!!) - okayed for mushies too. Hope to keep up this positive start til hit the green zone. Happy weekend all!
