Does anyone use Chike protein shakes

I have read many posts and noticed that after surgery most lap band patients still drink Protein Shakes. My doctor uses the Chike brand shakes for the 2 weeks prior to surgery. I would like to continue using them now that I have had my surgery but am interested if anyone else uses the Chike shakes? Do you have any good recipes or mix in's? Even if you don't use Chike can you make the shakes with something other than Water. Or is water the best mixer to keep the calorie count down?

If I drink a shake which is rarely, I mix with skim milk and sometimes flavor with sf ff instant pudding or PB2.

I no longer use the puddings because they have 300 sodium per serving. That is Jello sf ff instant pudding mix.

I drink a Protein Shake every morning I use Chike and Syntrax I love them both I also eat a SF pudding with a scoop of Protein Powder at night and I'm down 80 pounds since 6/15/2012

I forgot to add in the morning I use skim milk to mix it and ice cubes blended in the blender I flavor with lots of different things just a matter if taste
