dreamers 27 Posted January 4, 2013 Hey all please electro slap me I am 1.5mo post op and this week I am keep messing up my eating chocolate that's spread all over my work its mini bites but still. I can't control the cravings I know that time of the month is near and it's really bad. Slapppp meeee I don't regret any decision in my life because at the end I will make it work *SLAP* lol I had a terrible time with chocolate over the holidays. It was amazing how many bars i consumed. I was like a bottomless pit! I also was on that time of the month so I feel your pain. My only advice is keep it out of site as much as possible! Out of sight out of mind I eventually got so bloated and felt so yuk I started back on the healthy road with a vengeance. I find a day of lots of Water and a work out helps get things on track

☠carolinagirl☠ 18,721 Posted January 4, 2013 a couple bites of chocolate wont hurt..remember we are not on a diet so nothing is off limits...so if you overdo it (one day per you) then just walk alittle farther, or ease up somewhere else cal wise..but def dont beat yourself up.....or you can just say no or take one a day so you dont feel (deprived).......but i have SF hot chocolate here at work when i want chocolate or just drink one of my Protein shakes.. i do miss those pnut butter cup minis though..... 2 Back2Petite and JennyBee reacted to this
DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted January 4, 2013 I feel your pain. Getting back on track after the holidays was brutal. For me, the only way to do it is to not have it all. This way I get the cravings out of my system entirely and regain control.
Back2Petite 23 Posted January 4, 2013 Resist the urge..that stuff is sinful especially around the office during holidays. You get busy and start popping 1or2or3 down before you realize what you've done. You have no guilt because everyone else is so lax about eating it too. Chew gum..is that even allowed? Lol
kyrasgrandma 228 Posted January 4, 2013 I also had a terrible time with chocolate over the holidays. I put on 5 lbs but as of this morning I have lost 3 of those 5 lbs. I have started adding cocoa powder to my vanilla Protein shakes and that really takes away my daily craving for chocolate.< /p> 1 Back2Petite reacted to this
pgkpjs 113 Posted January 4, 2013 I still eat chocolate, I go out and buy backing chips bags of guittard milk chocolate. I eat it one chip at a time and let it melt in my mouth. Helps me get over my cravings with a few small pieces usually 1/4 serving (one serving is 28 pcs). Way better control than when I was eating bars or candies.< /p>
