Well I just had one of the best plastic surgeons in Florida do my life augmentation and Tummy Tuck and he wasn't able to do it... And said its very rare anymore. I am sure it's not impossible but I wasn't considered a candidate. I hope your luck is better.

I'm in CA, my PS takes Anthem Blue Cross and my insurance paid for mine.
