Hi all!

I'm getting banded by Dr Iqbal on 1/10/13.

I'm on day 3 of 10 of a liquid diet (and having a rough time ). I think I am just way too low on calories but had already lost 12 lbs in the two months prior to liquid.< /p>

Is anyone doing a vlog if so how do you get started??
