Yogurt!

Hello all!

I am about to start my 2 week liquid diet and was wondering which yogurt is the highest in Protein?

I have all my shakes, sf Jello and pudding all ready but am I bit confused on yogurt!

Greek is the way to go.

Dannon 2x the Protein greek I like.

I prefer Chobani Greek yogurt. During mushies I used a hand blender to mince the fruit. Also splendra helps with the sourness. Make sure to get 0 or 2%, some brands are full fat!

I like Fage non fat plain..65 cals and 11.5 g Protein for 1/2 cup!

Yes, and you got me addicted. Key lime with crushed pecans,yummy.

My store runs out of it and I've had to get a fat free other brand and mix it with fat free plain yogurt to get the same taste.

I found the Fage Greek Fat Free yogurt to have the lowest Carbs and calories with the highest Protein content of them all.
