I love my fitbit. It seems to be pretty duriable too. I accidently washed and dried it over the weekend and it is still working.

did anyone's fitbit take a long time to charge when you first got it? anyway to tell it's actually charging, or should I just be patient and wait to check on it tomorrow after it has charged overnight ?

When I put the Fitbit on the charger it lights up and shows if it is charged. There is a button on it also you can push. I love the Fitbit. I can see how I am doing with food, like the Protein and Water. I also keep track of my activities. Very good purchase for me.

Thank you dylanmiles, I got it off of eBay and it's dead, but was in a very cold mail box all day, so I'm hoping it's a dead battery and needs charging overnight, or maybe I got a bad one, but they have a return policy. I can always buy another, I waited for about a month and a half before purchasing and just want it to work, lol .

I bought mine at the AT&T store and they sell them at Brookstone and Best Buy. So if you have trouble go to one of those stores. It may just need a new battery. They really don't come with any instructions. It was hook up to the computer and do your own thing. Good luck.
