OKAY, i had no bm tried the powder, prune, lax, i finally went from an enma omg. i cant continue with this method its dangerous. I think i need another fill yesterday i felt the urge to eat right behind a little piece of turkey sauage a spoon of spagggetti. I dont know if it was because i wasnt home i was at a friends gathering and it was all a mind urge or what. Well today i been eating on the same fish dinner from friday i didnt get the full feeling after the little portions i was eating at first. Maybe its me i was losing a pound half a day I PRAY THAT DOESNT STOP BUT i think im slowing down is it because im eating now they are all good portioned choices no old me.

try milk of magnisa every couple of days that helps me. Fiber tablets if you can take them.
