I think my challenge will be 10 lbs. I think that is reasonable. I found that the weather and work schedule keeps me from exercising here lately.Therefore I decided to join and gym next to work. Does it really help if the gym is next to your work? I guess I want have any excuses since I have to walk by it everyday to go home.Let me know what your goal is for this month. I would love to hear the inspirational stories.
