TheDuchess 106 Posted December 31, 2012 I made a jumping jacks challenge for January - I loved doing them last March (on Tumblr), but I had to start off at a much smaller number than it had wanted since I'm heavier than most people wanting to get "fit", (it started off at 50 and went to 200 jumping jacks by the 31st) I wanted to make one for people like me who may want to do it also. TheDuchess 106 Posted December 31, 2012 Oh awesome guys!! :] I'll check in on this topic weekly then, just to see how everyone is doing. I usually have to do sets of 10/15 - at 260 jumping jacks are pretty simple and energizing, but my knees can't always take too many in a row. I had hurt my back but it only hurts to bend over, so I was able to do them - and after sitting all day long (from the back injury) I was eager to pump them out since I had some energy to expel!
