You ate Because you didn't exercise the control not to.....to be completely honest.

Until you get restriction we must be very strict with ourselves.... Counting calories and eating the proper portions. It's the only way you will lose during this time.

I Don't know why you did that so soon after surgery. I really did a lot of soul searching. This is a major life change for me. You might want to think about the reason you did the surgery . If the real reason is just to look better, you may not make it. I needed to change for all of that and my health. Try going back to the feeling you had when you made the decision to have the surgery.prove to yourself your worth it.i now know I'm the one with the brain not the food.i know you can do this

Floridays is exactly right.

Plus, you need to realize the post op diet isn't there for you to lose weight. Your stomach has been banded and sutured. It's wounded. It needs time to heal. You're putting your band and health at risk by not following the doctor's orders and giving your body time to properly heal.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
