Chair Aerobics

Before I had my surgery, I met with the nutritionist and she advised me to start walking and do toning exercises. I have a really bad ankle problem that may require therapy or surgery. I love walking and after my surgery, the ankle pain was gone for almost a week and I enjoyed walking again!!!. Well it came back!! I told her what happened and she told me to try chair aerobics. She said sparkpeople had great videos, but I can't find it and I tried YouTube and I only see short clips for adverting purposes.

Do anyone know anything about this??

I'm not sure about the chair aerobics, but is there anywhere near you where you can take Water aerobics? It's a great work out but not hard on your joints.

I did Water aerobics earlier this year and LOVED it!!! The jumping bothered my ankle. I also need something at home at this point because the y hours don't work with my schedule right now.

Unfortunately, I can't swim so I was thinking about doing that in a few months when my schedule opens up.

I did the chair aerobics boxing and it was pretty good!

I remember my mom having a video or DVD called Sit and Be Fit. I suggest searching Amazon for that and it will bring up similar items too!
