Do NOT rush the process! My doctor was very vague about post op nutrition so I have just been doing research and listening to others but I'm back to liquids and slight mushies.... This pain isn't worth it Thanking God for heating pads tonight.....hope sleep comes soon!
♥LovetheNewMe♥ 1,216 Posted December 29, 2012 Smiles, we all go through this, some of us more readily admit it. I have had my so call bad choice days over the past 2 years and I have paid dearly for each one of them. My episode early on was with some tortilla chips and salsa from our local Mexican restaurant. I was actually very scared and so afraid I had hurt my band but luckily I didn't but I did learn and yes I also said thank god for heating pads that night. Good luck to you in this journey, I can only speak for my self but for me it has been successful and rewarding. Wishing you the best! 3 dee257, ☠carolinagirl☠ and ♕ajtexas♕ reacted to this

Thanks goodness pain is letting up and I'm researching personal trainers to make the time go by

cheryl2586 3,053 Posted December 29, 2012 Yes we all do this one time or another. My worst night mare was downing some steak after getting a fill as I become very swollen after my fills for a long time. Needless to say i was in agony for a long time and stuck so badly I could not breathe. We all make mistakes but the key is to learn from them so you don't do it again. I surely would ask them for post op eating instructions because right now that is the most important phase for you. 2 ☠carolinagirl☠ and ♕ajtexas♕ reacted to this
