Ok im losing weight quickly within three days i think yes three days i lost more from 245.9 to 238.6 scary my surgeon today was like woe 40pds hey hey IM LIKE IS THIS NORMAL he states yes the port pain the dull bk pain n lost is normal just wait u just got filled lol its more to come off i scratched my head grabed my son and ran out like omg my son says mom u got smaller again im like yeah oh maybe for my birthday ul be skinny lol i said NO I HOPE NOT THAT FAST LOL

Ok cuz i was goin haywire last week cravings n still hungry i had a cup of cream Soup at 7ish im not hungry just thirsty

That's awesome! Keep drinking. Also, many times if you feel hunger try drinking something (my nutritionist told me that) and then if I am still hungry then I can have a healthy snack. Last night I really felt like I wanted to eat something and I drank a big glass of Water w/ sugarfree mio flavoring and wasn't hungry at all. Also, not to sound gross but make sure you are drinking plenty of water or you will get "backed up" and it can be very uncomfortable. Congrats on your success.
