txtroublez28 24 Posted December 29, 2012 IM down 22 lbs but surgical strips haven't come off. Think it's ok to help them? Is it normal for it to get sore when working all say? I went back after 2 days also had hernia surgery. Just about 130 everyday it gets difficult to work. I have to keep moving around..hard when u have a desk job.
