Yes my dr told me to walk every 45 mins fo 15 mins and I really have had little to no gas pain, stomach is very tender of course and my back was hurting but the heating pad is doing the trick! Thank you all for thinking of me, I'm glad to have support from fellow bandsters and bandsters to be. Yall are AWESOME

It's going ok I am pretty sore and today my stomach is having the gas pain but I'm getting thru it. Everyday will get better though thank you!
