Just got the call from the surgery center. The nurse is concerned about this cold that I have and also thinks that the dental work I have scheduled for tomorrow may hinder the surgery as well. Waiting to hear from the medical staff at the doctors office to see what he says b

Hang in there. Much better they err on the side of caution rather than put your health in jeopardy for doing surgery when you are more at risk. Chances are you have been overweight for years, putting this back a week or two isn't the end of the world in the big picture. Stay positive. You got this!!! Your health comes first. Good luck to you.
