One month post op with 4 cc in my band... what to eat? Whats off limits besides sugar and carbs? Can i eat string cheese?

One month post op with 4 cc in my band... what to eat? Whats off limits besides sugar and carbs? Can i eat string cheese?

at 1 month post op, it was whatever as tolerated...small bites, chew alot....stop at 1 cup and stop after 20 minutes...
